DVD DESCRIPTION

Vritomartis, apart from having been a Cretan Goddess in mythical times, is a luxury naturist hotel complex situated on Crete's south coast. In this film, Charlie and Holly, assisted by Hans and Marieke, Sally and Sue, investigate the many outstanding facets of Vritomartis and, in the process, discover a variety of local, unspoilt naturist beaches.

During the 7-day stay at the hotel Charlie and his team took the opportunity of visiting the Imbros Gorge, the ruined but still impressive Frangokastello, Sweet Water Beach, Hora Sfakion, and numerous unspoilt beaches along the rugged coast.

Charlie interviewed Pavlos Stamatakis, the owner of the hotel, who outlined his plans. The complex, opened in 1993, had been an extremely popular destination with foreign naturists. Jan Gardner of Dune Leisure Ltd, who had just turned ?, noted the popularity of the resort among British holiday-makers and their wish to come back.

A day trip by charter boat helped the British contingent uncover the hidden, scenic beauty of Southern Crete, which otherwise could not be reached by car.
Crete Naturally - Vritomartis is a superb film produced by and for naturists and it has been a great asset to Greek tourism.
